Share your training

Lumo turns your check-ins into an image made for your Instagram Story: after a class, when you reach a milestone, or for the month so far. About a minute and a half, no sound needed.

The short version

Where to find it

  • After a class you checked in to, Home shows Another session in the books. Tap Share my training. It stays for two days, or tap the cross to hide it.
  • When you reach a milestone, tap Share it next to the celebration.
  • On Progress, Share your training makes a card for this month, or for any milestone you have reached.

Making the card

  • Pick Last session, Milestone or This month at the top.
  • Choose a design: Minimal, Bold or Photo. The preview is exactly the image you will share.
  • Your name is off until you turn on Show my name. For Photo, use your profile photo or choose one from your phone.

Posting it

  • Tap Share and pick Instagram for your Story, or WhatsApp, or anywhere else.
  • On Android, Instagram usually lists Stories as its own choice. On iPhone, what Instagram offers there is up to Instagram's app.
  • The sure way on any phone: Save Image, then add it to your story from your photos.

Only classes you checked in to count: a booking on its own never appears on a card. Training you log elsewhere is not included. Nothing is posted until you choose where, and a photo you choose stays on your phone. In the Lumo app on Android, open Lumo in your browser to share for now. Not every academy has Training Cards switched on yet. The gym, the member and the numbers in the walkthrough are examples.
